In an attempt to make all dealings conform
to the utmost transparency and to standardize its services
across to all people and organizations, we at Uma’s
Realty have decided to make our business terms as clear as
possible. We would like to adhere to the prevalent market
conditions regarding all transaction fees fixed by us and
are free to be contacted regarding the same.
For Rental Transactions:
A sum equivalent to one month of rent
will be charged. These are the service charges for proposing,
negotiating, and finalizing the commercial or residential
premises for rent.
Kindly note that our charges should be settled at the time
of signing the agreements.
For Outright Purchases:
We shall charge 2% of the property sale
value as service charges. For deals involving properties/land
situated locations outside city limits, we charge 3% of the
property sale value.
The amount may be paid by the developer/seller/buyer,
as the case may be, at the time of signing the agreement.
In addition to the above mentioned service
charges, we also charge 8% service tax, on the total amount,
from both parties.
Any extended/or unwarranted delay
in settling our payments shall be immediately referred
to our representative legal firm M/s Sundaraswamy &
Associates, for further action.
