Ms. Uma Pai.
Founder & CEO
Having graduated with honors and at the top of her class in
Humanities from Karnataka University in 1964 Uma Pai went
on to work with Hindustan Machine Tools, in the capacity of
personal secretary to the General Manager for the next 8 years.
Having exhausted all that the job could offer her she took
the entrepreneurial plunge, and founded Uma’s Realty
in 1985. This penchant to take up new experiences and challenges
is what has shaped her into the dynamic and efficient person
she is today.
Her boundless energy, dynamism and passion for life in general
and the realty business in particular rubs off on all those
who know her.
This extraordinary, multi-talented
yet down-to-earth woman insists on shouldering the major responsibilities
of the firm. She also finds time for charity, religious meetings
and catching up with her thousands of friends all over Bangalore.
Rahul Pai
Partner
Having graduated with a Bachelor in Business Management at the
top of his class in 2004 and presently doing a Masters in Economics
by correspondence, he is what the business has been waiting
for- the energy and vitality of a fresh youth.
While handling responsibilities of the firm he has already demonstrated
remarkable commitment and foresight in the business. Hardworking
and prompt in his promises he helps keep the company one step
ahead of the rest of the pack.
He has diverse interests in fitness, reading, investing, music,
and cooking and
believes in approaching life with passion and endless enthusiasm.
